High Quality Soviet Union Kiev Porcelain Figurine of Ukrainian Woman Odarka Solofa. This image is from a famous Ukrainian opera play "Zaporozhets beyond the Danube River". Odarka is a wife of Cossack Karas in the opera story. She wears a traditional Ukrainian folklore dress and standing in realistic live pose. Very fine porcelain with hand painted details, vibrant colours, and glaze. Designed by Vladislav Shcherbina. Marked with blue stamp of Kiev Ceramic Arts Factory, circa 1960's.
